Thanks to the inductive Memosens bayonet coupling, Memosens is 100% watertight and resistant to contamination, corrosion, salt bridges, overpressure, and interference potentials. Using measured values and sensor diagnosis data, the process control system can control quality and processes, and affordably manage predictive maintenance as well.

cCare Fully Automated Sensor Maintenance System
cCare ensures accurate measurements through fully automatic cleaning and calibration of pH sensors and reduces maintenance and material costs, especially with aggressive viscoses and abrasive media. As an autonomous measuring system, cCare supplies reliable values directly to the process control systems. In this way, cCare not only contributes to process optimization, product quality, and the safety of people and the environment, but also to end-to-end digitalization in the process industry.
Ceramat retractable fitting
The Ceramat is an automatic retractable fitting with unique ceramic sealing to the process and especially suited for extreme applications with difficult process media (corrosive, hot, toxic or under pressure). The ceramic seal without conventional O-ring seals is harder than steel and extremely resistant to chemical, thermal and mechanical influences. Adjustment, cleaning and sensor replacement can be performed without interrupting the process.
